ESG & Sustainability Coordinator

As an ESG & Sustainability Coordinator at Biscuit International, you play a key role in driving sustainability across an international food organisation. You work closely with Group ESG, Operations, Procurement, Quality and Sales to turn strategy into measurable results. In this ESG & Sustainability Coordinator role, you focus on ESG reporting, sustainability certifications and data-driven improvements. You contribute directly to reducing environmental impact and strengthening ESG performance across multiple sites.
What will you be doing?
You coordinate ESG data collection and reporting, including CSRD, EcoVadis, Sedex and customer sustainability requests
You analyse environmental performance data, including energy use, water consumption, waste streams and carbon emissions
You coordinate sustainability projects focused on carbon reduction, energy efficiency and sustainable packaging
You manage sustainability certifications, including RSPO, FSC, Fairtrade and Rainforest Alliance, covering audits and compliance
You support stakeholders and customers with ESG data, sustainability questionnaires and roadmap discussions
What do you bring?
You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, Food Technology, or a related field
You have 2–5 years’ experience in ESG, sustainability, data analysis, or project management
You have experience with ESG reporting frameworks, KPI monitoring, and data management
You are structured, analytical, and strong at coordinating projects across teams
You communicate fluently in English and collaborate effectively in an international environment. Knowledge of French is an asset.
